We ship our pizza bites in insulated liners with dry ice to ensure they arrive frozen at your doorstep. We recommend transferring them to your freezer immediately upon arrival.
Are Snow Days pizza bites gluten-free?
Yes! Our pizza bites are 100% grain-free and gluten-free. We use premium cassava flour to create a crust that tastes just like the original, without the inflammatory grains.
What is your return policy for perishable food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or thawed, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you use organic ingredients?
We prioritize high-quality, real-food ingredients. Many of our core ingredients, including our tomatoes and grass-fed cheeses, are organic and sourced from trusted farmers.
How long do the pizza bites take to cook?
For the best experience, we recommend using an air fryer or oven. They typically take 7-10 minutes at 400°F to achieve the perfect golden-brown crunch.
