Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Shipment
Upon delivery, please check your package to ensure the dry ice has kept your pizza bites frozen and the seals are intact.

If there is an issue with the quality or condition of your order, please take a clear photo of the product and the shipping label.

Email our team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the photos to initiate a claim for a refund or reshipment.
